Hooray!
Sounds like you'll be at Dick's.
Make sure you mention depression symptoms, if you haven't already in your
coping section! The depression just about did me in - much better with
double the amount of anti-depressant Celexa.

My 2 cents - put the pamphlet on a separate page on
~~~~~~~~~~    Advocacy  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ways to {Help? or give back?} to the LMS community
 (important to mention this as a coping skill under the coping section, "see
advocacy section.")
Research
 tissue donation RCRF
join a trial to further research
Fundraising/donations
 how to contribute to ACOR sponsored/approved groups
Education
Distribution of LMS pamphlet, current research links to doc's & patients
Offer yourself as a peer contact for other's dx with LMS, at your local
medical facility or cancer support center.
Volunteer
*Become a host family for travelers through Hospitality Homes that Heal
program (I have the link)
Extend your talents, skill or interests by helping with website technology,
etc.  (needs a few more suggestions here)
Networking locally with fellow LMS families for moral and practical support.
(i.e., exchanging rides, childcare, or escorting to dr. appointments)
Start or join a self-help support group  (I have a link to the National
Self-Help Center by National Mental Health Institute)
Advocacy
(something here about HOW to help make changes needed, ?  Task forces,
campaigns, media?  for example, changing the standards of care of uterine
LMS!!)
Are there groups that regulate insurance corporations, etc that consumers
can lodge complaints with etc
